The European Union /EU/ is run by liars and like all liars, those in the EU have no sense of shame, let alone self-respect. If they had any shame, they would not have mentioned a single agreement until the Brussels agreement was implemented and the Community of Serbian Municipalities was formed /in Kosovo/, and if they had any self-respect.

This was said by Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vulin, who is considered the closest politician to President Aleksandar Vucic. Vulin has been personally decorated by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

According to Vulin, "the liars who lied to Serbia, Russia, Belgrade in Brussels and the Russians in Minsk must learn that the Ohrid agreement has not been signed and therefore cannot be binding."
