Ambassador of India H.E. Mr. Arun Kumar Sahu participated in an event at the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized by the Defence Industry Club.

The event focused on opportunities for strengthening cooperation between Bulgaria and India, especially in the defence sector, with particular attention to the challenges Bulgaria faces in the field of human resources. Areas of cooperation include military training, defence technology and equipment, cooperation between industrial enterprises and joint production under the Make in India initiative

The Chairman of the India-Bulgaria Chamber, Dr. Petar Velev, also spoke about this in his presentation. He said that business will help policy makers understand the reality of the deepening shortage of manpower. I BGNES
