Orbán to visit North Macedonia on September 26

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, together with a delegation from the Hungarian government, will pay a two-day official visit to the Republic of North Macedonia on September 26 and 27, the government press service of the North Macedonia said.

On 27 September, Prime Minister Christian Mickoski will hold an official face-to-face meeting with his Hungarian counterpart at his villa in Ohrid. A series of bilateral meetings between the Macedonian ministers and their counterparts from the Hungarian delegation will also take place during the visit.

A joint intergovernmental meeting will also be held then, after which the two prime ministers are expected to give a press conference at the same venue.

As informed by the government of North Macedonia, the two-day visit includes a tour of Ohrid, a visit to the Church of Our Lady of Perivlepta, the Ancient Theatre and the monastery complex of St. Naum. The prime ministers of the two countries are also expected to lay flowers at the monument to the Holy Brothers Cyril and Methodius in Ohrid. | BGNES
