Bulgarian party GERB/SDS is seeking legislative amendments that will fully ban the import, trade in, supply, distribution and sale, including online of vape type e-cigarettes, whether disposable or not, and whether they contain nicotine or not, said Kostadin Angelov, deputy chair of the GERB/SDS parliamentary group at a briefing in parliament. Angelov is also chairman of the parliamentary health committee.

GERB/SDS will also submit a bill fully banning the sale, supply and distribution, including online, of energy drinks and substances to children under 18. The motives for these two draft bills are clear.

"I do not think anyone wants to watch reports of children dying. And I believe all parliamentary groups would support such bills", he said. | BGNES
