There must be a complete isolation of the policy of the party "Revival" and their actions from yesterday. This is what GERB MP Delyan Dobrev told BGNES in response to the question whether a "sanitary cordon" should be organized around the leader of "Revival" Kostadin Kostadinov after the vandalism attack on the building of the European Commission in Sofia.

Dobrev called on the special services to establish whether there was foreign involvement in the desecration of institutions in Bulgaria.  

"I strongly believe that not only the State Agency for National Security, but also all external partners should find out the truth about whether different economic groups in the country or foreign countries are financing the desecration of institutions in Bulgaria. What we saw yesterday was shameful not only for everyone who watched it in the country. We entered the world news with this exposure to put it mildly," the GERB MP said.

He accused the leader of "Revival" Kostadin Kostadinov of crisis PR because of his attempts to justify himself at the moment after yesterday's ugly and vandal scenes in the center of Sofia, during which the building of the European Commission was desecrated. In the same way Dobrev also described Kostadinov's allegations of police violence, which he said were ordered by GERB leader Boyko Borissov.

"One of the masked men appeared to me to be a member of parliament from Revival. Their political party, including MPs who are supposed to be intelligent people, participated in the desecration of institutions. Yesterday I saw them burning the European flag," Dobrev said, adding, "I understand their geopolitical interests. The main question here is who pays. I think someone is paying."
