Hollywood star Jennifer Lawrence is now officially a mother of two.

The 34-year-old actress has given birth to her second child by husband Cook Maroney, People reports. According to the publication, the two were spotted hanging out in New York City on March 31.

Lawrence announced her pregnancy October 2024 via Vogue. 

"Congratulations to Jennifer Lawrence! The Oscar winner will welcome her second child with her husband, gallerist Cook Maroney," the publication wrote on Instagram.

A source close to her reported that the actress "loves being a mom."

"She is thrilled to be pregnant again. It feels like the perfect time. Her son will be 3 when the new baby comes," he said.

Lawrence and 40-year-old Maroni tied the knot in October 2019. They also have a 3-year-old son, Cy, born in February 2022.

The couple tends to keep details of their lives under wraps. But Lawrence opened up about motherhood shortly after her son was born.

"The morning after I gave birth, I felt like my whole life had started all over again. It was like, 'This is the first day of my life. I just stared. I was just so in love,'" Jennifer told Vogue in September 2022.

She also shared how the birth of her son has deepened her ability to love. "My heart has expanded to a capacity I didn't know about. That includes my husband," she told the publication.

Lawrence also revealed that Cy is a baby born after the star underwent several miscarriages. | BGNES
