North Macedonia's representative in the UN General Assembly voted against Ukraine's resolution condemning Russia's invasion of the country, which began on this day three years ago, BGNES reports.

Thus, North Macedonia, along with Belarus, turned out to be the only European country to vote against the resolution.

The US and Russia also voted against, but the General Assembly nevertheless supported the document, which received 93 votes in favour, 18 against and 65 abstentions. | BGNES
